No Physical Database found - Crystal report viewer

Windows server 2003
c:\windows\crystal

There are 2 machines on the network from which we can access the powerchurch plus9 application

The reports seem to be generated from one PC but when we run from another location we get no physical database found

please kindly help

OK ... first off, one of the machines has to be setup as the server, this is the one with the physical database. From the way it sounds, its probably the one where the reports work.

Second, the other machine has to be setup as the client, there is no physical database associated with the machine, as the database is on the network.

I would make sure that the system is setup properly as listed in this Knowledge Base article:

Since you're running V9, you should look for the Netsetup.exe file (possibly netsetup9.exe) and run that as explained in the article.

If the server drive is mapped properly to the client already, then re-run the netsetup.exe file to fix any issues in the client setup.

Then try running the reports. Let us know how it works out.
