Upgrade 6.2 to 11, WIN98 to XP Install error 12

Does anyone know how to get past this error?
Happens on what seems to be custom reports conversion, of which we don't seem to have any.

Susan, this may have to wait until Monday for the techs to come in. It doesn't sound like an error that occurs often.
