I have been using PowerChurch v11.5 (latest maint release) for awhile. All of a sudden I am seeing an error message stating "Memo file Y:\FINANCIAL RECORDS\PCPLUS115\DATA\MAINFO.FPT is missing or invalid". It is indicating error 41 on line 91 of the file. I have tried restoring the file to an older version which didn't fix it. If I delete the file it indicates that I will have limited functionality, but the file is never recreated.

How do I get this working again?
