When I use the mailing label creation function to get labels for contributors during a specific period (e.g., year to date), the list generated also includes contributors who have given in the past but not during the period selected. What am I doing wrong?

Verify the Amounts from and to fields on the Selection Criteria screen.

It defaults to: Amounts from 0.01 to 9999999.99, which would be anyone who gave anything during that period.

If that Amounts from field were to be set to 0.00, it would include all contributors.
