Budget funding

We are adding a asst. pastor to next years budget and the position is being funded by a dedicated fund. I have set up the new accounts in the 2022 budget . The monies will not be coming from regular offerings. Do I have to make any special allowance for that?

Depends ... where are the funds kept? Are they kept in a separate bank account? Did you setup a different Fund Account in PCPlus?
Need more info to give you advice.
