HI,
We saw that the maintenance release was applied this morning. Ever since then, we are printing blank pages to our printer. The pages act like they are printing out correctly, and a page pops out of the copy machine, but the entire page is blank. We have tried printing through several of the modules, so it is not just a problem with printing our checks. Do you have any suggestions?

The problem printer is a
Canon ImageRunner Advanced C5235
Anything sent through PowerChurch is printed out blank. We even tried printing to a pdf file and then printing and that also came out blank.
We tried on another computer with an Epson printer and it worked fine.
So the problem is something different about how the font package in this maintenance release interacts with the canon printer.

ok, some more things we've tried - different PC user names and then different computer user logins.
It appears it is just one computer login that doesn't print correctly. If the bookkeeper used the secretary's computer user desktop and the used the bookkeeper PC login, then it worked fine. So it is not the PC login that has issues.
But when the bookkeeper is using her computer desktop and logs in with the secretary's PC username, then everything prints blank.
We have a mac. Both the secretary and bookkeeper have a login on the same computer. So the mechanics of the computer and printer are the same. It has to be some setting in this MR that is at odds with something in the bookkeeper's desktop.
Any ideas?

One more thing - everything else on the bookkeeper's desktop prints correctly (printing from word, etc.) the only thing that prints out a blank page with no ink on it are reports from PC.

If so, this may be an issue with the IDS client.
