Congratulations. Going back to the earlier version of Crystal reports has solved the printing problem that I first reported as an Ver 9 Beta tester.
That problem was that in every instance where a non-numeric character ocoured in a report, the printer would back up and over print all proceeding text.
Example Dates would be XX.05 for 06/08/2005, where the X's represent the overprinting. Times would be xx PM, numbers similiar.
The new MR solved this problem.
This was on an HP 932C printer. The problem was caused by the later version of Crystal reports being written using Unicode. HP is not a member of the Unicode Consortium. Problem occured using both USB and Parallel inputs. I had to switch to the older HP 550 printer driver, which does not work with USB.
