One of the users we originally had forgot his password and we eventually deleted his profile from windows and created a new identity. When we try to reinstall powerchurch for the new identity, we have problems. Is there a way to just allow a user access to the programme as installed for other users.

FWIW ... a Powerchurch System Admin can reset the password for ANY user. Now why are you trying to reinstall Powerchurch, how are you doing that?
