How do we go about getting replacement software?
Our Treasurer duties have changed hands numerous times and now the software is MIA. We have one copy on our old bookstore computer, but we are looking to put it on a newer system.
I have emailed PowerChurch a long time ago with no response. I just emailed again and left them a voicemail. (I am hoping this is NOT typical for PowerChurch). Thanks!

Re: Replacement Software
Go to PowerChurch.com and click on the order link. Make sure that the view option towards the top says either "all available items" or "Only current user items" and click "go." Towards the bottom of the list there are options to order replacement CDs for all versions going back to version 7. Make sure to enter your church registration information completely so the shipping department will be able to locate your records in our database.

Thank you both! I will look at that in the AM. I am still getting SQL errors when I go to www.powerchurch.com
I am not sure what version we are on. It is about 1.5 years old. I'll report back on my success.
Thanks!

Sounds like version 10.4, still can't understand why you're getting SQL errors, what browser are you using??emtownsend wrote:Thank you both! I will look at that in the AM. I am still getting SQL errors when I go to http://www.powerchurch.com

As for ordering the new disks, you'll have to go to that one computer its still loaded on, and get the registration information as Jeff said. Start the program then press Alt + F1, the registration info will be displayed.
