Limited Users
Is there a way to set up a user account so they can log on and not have access to contributor information? In other words, if the priest wants to have access to birthdays, anniversaries etc, is there a way to assign him a username and password that limits his access?

You have to be logged on as System Administrator to do this. In PowerChurch, click on Help, click on the Index tab, then enter Passwords. You should get all the instructions you need from that.
