Is there a way to set up a user account so they can log on and not have access to contributor information? In other words, if the priest wants to have access to birthdays, anniversaries etc, is there a way to assign him a username and password that limits his access?

You have to be logged on as System Administrator to do this. That said, here is the best way to proceed:

In PowerChurch, click on Help, click on the Index tab, then enter Passwords. You should get all the instructions you need from that.

Hope this helps.
