Printing specific members

Post by Lbuford »

Is there a way to create a list of specific member directory without printing every member?

When running the Church Directory report, the second step in the process allows you to include/exclude families via the Mailing Category selection and include/exclude individuals using the Personal Status selection. If you instead want to narrow the list down even further, you can Tag the list of families you want to include, then choose the "Tagged" option in the All families/Tagged/Not tagged control. Tag families using the Quick Tagging screen in Membership > Family Mailing List.

Another option would be to put the selected people in a group in Activities & Skills, then run a Class Family Directory from the Activities & Skills reports list.
