Hi
Tell me, we're having a bit of trouble managing the two parish cottages with PowerChurch. The accounting and member tracking are fine, but the rentals are a mess. I've looked into Lodgify vs Smoobu where the best ? to automate the process. Apparently Lodgify has more options (housekeeping management, iPhone app, and all that jazz), while Smoobu is more basic. But there's a difference between what's written on paper and reality... Does anyone here use either of these? I'm not looking for anything crazy, I just want to know if it can be paired with PowerChurch without it being a nightmare to upload Stripe payments or invoices into the accounting system. If I have to do all the data entry by hand, it's not even worth it.
Lodgify or Smoobu for our rentals?

Lodgify or Smoobu for our rentals?

There is no interaction with such programs. You would have to do manual entry. Most congregations that manage rentals, do it using the Accounts Receivable module, but it doesn't provide any sort of rental scheduling, only billing; and the only online payment system that interfaces with Powerchurch directly is Vanco, which is only a contributions system. Any other online payment system; PayPal, Stripe, etc, would have to be manually entered.Leyla wrote: ↑Mon Feb 09, 2026 1:09 amHi,
