Doesn't that automatically exclude those that have pledged but not contributed? We want the report to be a record for those who gave. We also use it as a reminder for those who have pledged (whether they've contributed or not). So, we want to filter out only those who neither pledged nor contributed...

Contribution report filtering
I find that when generating quarterly contribution statements to be mailed to our congregation, I can't get the filter right so that only those reports I'm interested in are printed. What I want to print out are statements for those who either: 1) Pledged to contribute to the church or 2) Contribute...

Missing pledges
We recently discovered that our pledge data for 2006 don't show up any more. These were entered in January, but now they're gone. My question is, is there some way for me to accidentally delete these? I can reenter them, but I want to know how this may have happened so I only have to reenter them on...

Export Accounting Data bug?
So (correct me if I'm wrong) you are saying that I apparently have "open" months during the export data report period with transactions that affect these funds. Further, if these months are closed prior to running the export data process, the data would should up in the fund that I expect? Is there ...

Export Accounting Data bug?
I am trying to use the 9.0 "Export Accounting Data" operation to extract account budget and total data. Unfortunately, I'm having a hard time matching the numbers exported up with what the built-in reports are telling me. In particular, I am trying to get beginning fund balance, receipts, disburseme...

19 month year
My church scheduled to transition our financial year from a calendar to a fiscal year starting August, 2006. We are planning on a 19 month transition year but are uncertain of the consequences with PowerChurch. We generally don't use Powerchurch reports for monthly fiscal reporting. I do use the "Ex...

v9 faaccts table
Ok. Given this, I can try to duplicate the database processing that v9 does or I can use a built-in report or create my own PowerChurch "custom report" to output this information. It doesn't look like an built-in report can do what I want, but I'm not even sure a custom report can do it. I want a si...

v9 faaccts table
In v8.5, we generate our own custom reports using Excel by reading in table faaccts directly with MS Access. I can see in v9 that this table has been modified significantly over the 8.5 version. Gone are a number of fields, including the "ACTUAL" field showing the monthly change in an account's valu...
