Can you suggest anything else we can do to get both names without changing all of our household names?

I have checked our database and we do have both names in the mailing name field. Any other suggestions? This is only happening when we try to print labels from the mass email function. It works fine when we just print labels from the Family Mail List.

I have upgraded our PowerChurch to 11.5 and we are having problems printing labels in both names from the Family Mailing list.
