Changing Our Fiscal Year

Howdy All
The church voted to change our fiscal year from Jan-Dec to July-June.
Wondering if this is a PERFECT time to "restart accounting" ?

I must say I'm stressing over this change...LOL
I'm sure it's pretty easy right...LOL

Let's say I don't do it your way, do you foresee any other issues with the way I'm currently entering my EFTs?

And so what is the purpose of "repeat transactions" under fund accounting?
Am I using it incorrectly?

Vendor History Not Updating

Howdy All I rarely process checks anymore. I've added most of our vendors as payees online with our bank. So I pay them as needed and then use Fund Accounting and enter my EFT there. Because of this process my vendor history does not get updated. This is an issue when it comes to 1099s for instance....

I DO record and post the wages-taxes-housing allowances etc in Fund Accounting.
My budgeted line items are all correct.

Matt...Are you saying I HAVE to use the payroll module?
I am ignorant to the payroll side of PC.
We have always had a payroll service.

We use a payroll service. With in that service there were 2 departments set up... the church (dept1) and the school (dept2). The departments work off of 2 separate budgets but one federal tax ID#. Both departments deposits money into a bank account (let's say account # 1120) and the payroll service ...

Dang it... I entered a new vehicle into the Fixed Assets and need to put a beginning balance.
How do I do this?
