How do you receipt a donation at a banquet where you need to deduct the value of the meal from the amount received?

Contributions deposit slip print error
When trying to print the Deposit Slip after entering contributions I receive an error message Program: COPRN6, Line: 153, Error: 4, Message: End of file encounterd. The only choice is OK and that closes the program. Does anyone know what causes this error?
