restart accounting re-enter payroll

If I restart accounting due to many years of mixed up entries. I understand that all of my payroll data will be wiped out. Is there any way to restore or re-enter payroll data at least for this year?

We have paid the payments from accounts payable, but depending on the treasurer, it has been posted either to the expense account or the liability account. We were unaware of the option to pay from the payroll module. The retirement payable liability account is growing on the balance sheet. The payr...

Over the years we have had several treasurers using pc+. When paying the investment company for the pastor's retirement, some have been posted to the retirement liability account, and some to the retirement expense account. This has caused a lot of confusion as to where the payment should be posted....

When paying workers comp I know I credit the bank account. What account do I debit? A liability account or an expense account?
