Thank you! I had entered something under "payroll information", but I had not entered anything under "pay items". Problem solved.

I added a new employee. She shows up in the list of employees when I go to payroll -> maintain list of employees. Yet, when I go to payroll -> process payroll, only the old set of employees appears. What step have I missed?

When I try to produce tax receipts for donations in Canada, I cannot figure out how to include all the information required by the CRA.
