Thank you. I just entered an email under "Membership/Maintain Personal Profile/Contacts/Email", saved and closed. I emailed out a statement. I then checked "reports-family mailing list", specified the family and it was not in this list. To fix it I had to input the "family email" under "Integrated D...

I updated several profiles and they keep disappearing when I reopen the database. Is the proper procedure to go under "maintain profile, enter email, click "email statement" and to then save and close each record? Thx..Rette
