Sale of Asset
We have sold our van - $5000.00. The van is listed as an asset for the purchase price of $15,000.00. bought in 1999. Our church does not enter depreciation on any of the assets. I want to wipe out the asset but not sure how to do this.

Our church voted to change when our budget year starts. We want it to be a calendar year, (Jan to December). The current budget year runs September 2016 to August 2017. Printing of 1099s
In checking the dollar amounts for vendors that require a 1099 Misc income form, I found one vendor with an incorrect total. How can I correct this amount before printing the 1099?
I can't seem to find an answer to this question

Here's the question: Why are you putting the funds in the operating fund first ?? Just put them directly into the Building Fund. If you are doing this through Contributions (the Memorials entry) just point the checking and income accounts to the ones used under fund 02 . Don't create extra work for ...
