Change working month

For some reason PCOnline is not letting me change the working month to July, the only options are from January -June, am I missing something?

Well, to start out I need to say I don't use PCOnline. However, in the standard PC+ (V11) when I ran into this problem it was because I had reached the limit of number of accounting months to have open at one time.

If it is available on PCOnline, go to File>Preferences>Accounting Setup. The General tab shows the last month that was closed and the Fund Accounting tab shows how many months can be open at one time. These two bits of information should let you know if you need to close a month.

If you need to close a month, go to Accounting>Fund Accounting>Close Month. Then you should be able to change to July.

If PCOnline does not function the same as PC+ in this regard, please forgive any inconvenience caused by my speaking out when I should not have.

Eden is correct, I seem to remember that the default for open months is 6, if you have not increased that, you will either have to close Jan, or increase the number of months under Preferences > Accounting

You can have up to 18 months open.
